Evergreen Bungalow (109)

The Evergreen Bungalow, an expansion of our original Ivy Bungalow, provides a ground floor master bedroom with nice privacy. The homeowner for this Evergreen in Devon Woods chose to have us expand the ground floor master bedroom wing to 14 feet (the original is 12 ft). This made room for a walk-in closet, additional space in the bath, and a pantry as well as a laundry room. Thank you so much Wendy for your wonderful design and your patience with us!!! Daffodil Bungalow (110)

	The Daffodil Bungalow is an adaptation of our original best seller, the Ivy Bungalow. Changing to a front shed dormer increases the size of the upstairs bedrooms as well as adding variety to the Devon Woods neighborhood. The homeowner for this Daffodil in Devon Woods chose to have us add a 12 ft x 14 ft sun room to the side, making the total living area as shown here 2020 sq ft.

Fiddlhead Cottage (054)

	The Fiddlhead Cottage was designed for that occasional lot where the various zoning and conservation setbacks really restrict the size of the house, and where you still want seriously adorable. This little house packs a lot of living and a lot of charm onto a very small footprint. This original version at Devon Woods has been sold. We can't wait to see how they make it their own.

	The Mighty Oak Bungalow was originally designed for a private client at Falls Way in Greenland, NH. It's designed for a great deal of flexibility - an upstairs master for now, a downstairs library all set up to be a ground floor master someday. The rear dormer extends to include the bonus space over the garage - more flexibility.

	Sweet Basil Cottage features a spacious and private ground floor master suite, great flow in the living areas and upstairs bedrooms that will hold your grown kids and the grandkids. Chinburg Builders had us customize this version to add wonderful bonus study upstairs, that would easily convert to a fourth bedroom.

Saffron Cottage (036)

	The Saffron Cottage was designed to provide loads of charm and great livability in a cost effective design. We started with the classic 24x32 foundation, that you "can't" work with - to see just how well we could do. In this original form it's potentially 4 bedrooms. We have several more options on 28x32, 26x34 larger foundations - same great little layout, more space.
