Sapphire Bungalow (130.005)

The Sapphire Bungalow is shown here in it's expanded form, with an attached garage and sun room wing. It can also be built with a garage under, no sun room, or a first floor master suite in place of the sun room. We can even add another wing to the rear, without blocking the light for the kitchen and dining. This version of Sapphire Bungalow was customized for Green & Company, to enlarge the Master Suite.

Sea Apple Cottage (176.001)

	The Sea Apple Cottage has a similar floor plan to the Sapphire Bungalow, but a more formal front facade. It has the same enlarged Master Suite as the Sapphire. We have not counted the Optional spaces in the square footages we list. Wouldn't that make a killer Master Closet?

Sweet Liberty (148.003)

	Sweet Liberty is an updated 1940's style northern bungalow. It was designed to have both nice privacy and great curb appeal. Green & Company had us customize this version for them, adding a mud room feature and enlarging some of the living spaces.

Iris the Bungalow (174.009)

	This larger version of Iris has all the great flow and livability of our Ivy & Daffodil series bungalows, plus a sweet little bonus study/sun room on the first floor - and all in a bit more cost effective package.
