This version of Morgan was designed for the traditional family, where one of the parents requires a wheelchair. An elevator connects the garage, the main house and the apartment, allowing a high level of accessibility on a lot that doesn't accommodate a ground floor wing. The master bath is fully accessible. The upstair hall, kid's bedrooms and kid's baths are sufficiently accessible for a high level of involvement in the kid's activities.
The apartment can be used as a rental unit, an au pair suite, or for a grandparent in residence. You could even have the accessible apartment from 156.003 and simply have both elevator doors on the second floor.
The first floor of the main house welcomes people of all ages and abilities. An open flowing floor plan makes getting around easy, whether it's in a wheelchair or chasing the toddler just learning to walk.
Old world trim frames the connection between the Living Room and the Dining Room. The views through to the windows of each fill the house with light.
LEED Solar Orientation eligible on appropriate lot.
