Cotoneaster is an adaptation of our Laurel, Sage & Juniper series, providing the "florida layout" with bedrooms split on either side of the plan. This is a very popular arrangement for those who's kids are grown. It provides a very high level of privacy for homeowners and guests.
With minor (no charge) adaptations, first floor can be fully wheelchair accessible. This plan is highly expandable - wing to the right can expand to the right, master bedrooom wing can expand to the left (and yes, a bigger master bath then) and the living room can expand to the rear.
Shown below is the balcony. Many of our clients want a ranch floor plan, but don't want it to look like a ranch. That usually means a generous roof pitch, which means a good amount of space in the attic. So, we're using some of that volume to give it an open airy feel. In this one we're opened up the stairs and included a small balcony. This will bring in daylight from both ends of the day and make it feel very expansive.
