Green Home Plans / Leed Home Plans
- Advanced Energy detailing is included with every plan. Through nothing more than strategically placed sealants in the framing, that you can drastically reduce air infiltration, which is the main factor in passing the blower door test usually required for Energy Star.
- Green specifications - If you're having trouble sorting through which material is really "green" and which is "greenwash", we can help. Any of our LEED AP or other green credentialed Artform consultants can help you with any home design. It doesn't have to be one they designed. It doesn't even have to be an Artform Home Plan! Bryce Engstrom, AIA is LEED AP and intimately familiar with the complex California permitting process. Jesse Ware is a LEED AP, a builder, and familiar with the New England climate and Maine permitting issues.
