- Great design is green, because it lasts. Sustainability is like dieting. If you can't live with it, you won't keep it up. If we design for beauty as well as function, these houses have a much better chance of lasting 100 years, or 200 years - and that's green.
- Imperfect building lots are an opportunity.
- Smaller is green, both for your wallet and for the environment. There are really only three sizes in the world - too big, too small and just right. We want Just Right for you. Too big is wasteful.
