Free & Honor

Free & Honor™ is our way of saying "Thank You" to those who serve our country.  A little legal caveat:  Because this is a brand new program, and we'll be working out the particulars as we go, and just in case demand outstrips out capability, we do not guarantee we can provide this to you until we've talked to you and made that commitment to you personally.

Free:  Plans on this list are free to disabled veterans of the current and recent conflicts, starting with Desert Storm. If you need simple adaptations to accommodate your disability, those may be free also.  If you need a plan not on this list, we have plans destined for this list that we just haven't had time to publish yet (including accessible designs) and/or we may be able to discount another plan and/or provide your disability adaptations at no charge.  Call us up, tell us what you need, and we'll tell you what we can do.

Honor:  This plan is "honor system".  We may even post some of the plans for download at some point - not sure yet.  Anyone who cheats on this is basically stealing from disabled veterans and from drafters who can't afford to build a new house themselves, making them poor relative to you.  Stealing from the poor and disabled might just damn you to spend eternity in a very bad place, so don't do that!

Half Price:  Plans on this list are half off the base price for all active service veterans of the current and recent conflicts. 

Additions:  We're working on a collection of additions that will fit on both our designs and some standard capes, ranches and colonials. If that's what you need and your need is now, just call us up. Note that for additions it's important that someone be capable of accurately measuring your existing house, including roof heights. This person is usually your builder.

Builder & Developers:  Call us to see how these can be incorporated into your Builder Subscription. If you're a builder who's not on subscription with us, but you have a client who's a veteran, call us and we'll talk.
